Over the past 15 years, entries for language GCSEs have dropped by 48% in schools across England. Additionally, with shorter amount of time being allocated for modern foreign language lessons in the past few years, it is more important than ever that the available time is used effectively and wisely to ensure pupil progress and proficiency.

Juliet is a renowned speaker, author and CPD trainer covering primary to A-level languages and Director of Languages for a Yorkshire based MAT.

Juliet is a lead trainer and examiner for AQA, works across trusts as an MFL consultant and supports organisations on a wide variety of projects. She is an SSAT lead practitioner in formative assessment and has worked on a project lead by Dylan William to support senior leaders in a variety of schools to transform teaching and learning.
